• Perform implementation, upgrade, and migration project work for storage solutions.

• Deliver high-quality 2nd to 3rd line support for storage devices.

• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery.

• Proactively manage personal workload to meet deadlines and project requirements.

Essential Skills for Remote Technical Services Engineer

• 5-10 years' experience implementing, migrating, and supporting storage devices.

• Strong knowledge of file and block storage technologies.

• Experience with Dell EMC storage devices and Unisphere.

• Familiarity with Brocade SAN Switches and SanNav.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Awareness of ITIL Service Management, including incident and change management.

Desirable Skills for Remote Technical Services Engineer

• Experience with Veritas NetBackup.

• Knowledge of NetApp and HP storage devices.

• Understanding of HBA configuration, Multipathing, and server OS (Windows, Linux, AIX, Solaris).
