Job Description

Working hours:
Monday to Friday (Weekend work will be expected)

Our valued client is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated Stock Controller to join their fast-paced warehouse operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining high stock control standards.

The Role

As a Stock Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of warehouse and stock operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficient receipt and unloading of deliveries
  • Accurate storage, monitoring, and organisation of stock
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels
  • Picking and packing customer orders to a high standard
  • Preparing and dispatching goods in a timely manner
  • Conducting stock checks and supporting inventory control processes
  • Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times
  • Supporting the wider warehouse team to meet operational targets
About You

Experience & Skills

Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a stock control, warehouse, or distribution environment
  • Experience in retail distribution and fast-moving warehouse operations
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail when handling stock and inventory
  • Experience with stock counting and inventory management processes
  • The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Pay & Hours
  • Pay rate: £12.71 per hour and above, depending on experience
  • Weekend work will be expected as part of the role to support operational requirements
