Job Description
Stock Controller About Your New Employer

As the Stock Controller, you will:
- Coordinate and execute scheduled stock cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor and minimise negative and aged stock, preparing and implementing stock management plans.
- Work closely with management and sales teams to support stock optimization.
- Maintain up-to-date information on inventory within internal computer systems.
- Compile daily inventory reports, promptly addressing and correcting discrepancies.
- Oversee stock levels in collaboration with the purchasing team across all branches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, upholding professional standards.
- Drive and lead ongoing process improvements related to stock control.
- Ensure that business requirements for stock levels are always met.
- Provide administrative support to the financial and branch management teams and ensure best practice across all stock processes.
- At least 3 years' experience in stock management.
- Advanced knowledge of stock control processes and procedures.
- High-level proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organised, energetic, and detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate, prioritise, and escalate issues as needed.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
