Stock Condition Surveyor - BCP Council (Poole & Bournemouth)
Contract: 3-6 Months (Potential for Extension)
Rate: £32.84 per hour (Umbrella)
Start Date: Flexible

Are you an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor with a strong background in social housing? BCP Council is looking for a proactive and knowledgeable professional to join their team on a contract basis, delivering high-volume stock condition surveys and EPC assessments across their residential housing portfolio in Poole and Bournemouth.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct stock condition surveys on domestic housing stock
Carry out Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments and lodge with Elmhurst
Provide general building surveying support as required
Work independently across a wide geographical patch, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience undertaking stock condition surveys for a local authority or housing association
DEA accreditation and ability to lodge EPCs via Elmhurst
Strong knowledge of building pathology and residential construction methods
Self-motivated and comfortable managing a busy workload
