Stores Co-ordinator (Stock Controller)Location: Near Stevenage / HitchinUp to £30,000 per annumWe are looking for a Stores Co-ordinator to join a busy manufacturing environment, supporting materials flow, stock accuracy, and warehouse operations. This role suits a detail-driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.Essential Requirements / Experience: Experience in stores, stock control, or warehouse within manufacturing/engineering Experience using stock management and/or MRP systems Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Understanding of stock transactions and materials movement Materials handling experience or qualification desirable Team player with good communication skillsSalary and Benefits: Up to £30,000 per annum Training and development opportunities Supportive working environmentThe Role: Receive, record, and store incoming materials accurately Maintain stock accuracy and investigate discrepancies Pick and issue materials to production in line with schedules Perform stock checks and cycle counts Liaise with purchasing, planning, and production teams Maintain a clean, organised, and safe stores area Safely load/unload deliveries using appropriate equipmentHealth & Safety: Follow all safety procedures and complete required EHS training Conduct equipment checks and manual handling safely Maintain a tidy, compliant work environmentIf you're a reliable Stock Controller looking for a hands-on role in a growing team, we'd love to hear from you.
