As a Stock Clerk, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations. You'll maintain stock accuracy, support inventory management, and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers all while promoting a safe and organised working environment. Reporting directly to the Stock and Inventory Manager, this role requires proven experience in a warehouse stock control environment.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out stock control activities across warehouse operations, including stock counting and accuracy checks, PI counts, stock adjustments, and movement control.
  • Monitor and manage stock flow in and out of the warehouse.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies within agreed timeframes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high performance and service delivery.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest practical solutions.
  • Produce reports on stock discrepancies across all product categories (damaged, discontinued, new lines, etc.).
  • Support regular stock takes throughout the year.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a warehouse stock control environment.
