How will you make an impact?

You will be responsible for the application of all transactions and stock procedures, ensuring the daily management of boutique stock, operations, compliance, and e-commerce orders.

What will be your mission? Daily Transaction Management & Banking:
  • Check the validity and details of all invoices
  • Follow up on deposits, charges, and refunds
  • Exchange information with the financial back office
  • Solve all payment problems
  • Prepare and execute daily banking reconciliation
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Daily Stock Management:
  • Manage all stock transfers (reception, departure, BTQ-BTQ)
  • Control the quality of all stock transfers
  • Manage client reservations
  • Implement price changes
  • Manage all omni-channel orders from a stock management perspective
  • Maintain safe and understock organization
E-Commerce:
  • Prepare for e-commerce sales daily
  • Manage returns and refunds from e-commerce
  • Coordinate with the online team regarding price changes, product assortment, and information updates
  • Contact clients for specific requests
  • Manage annual counts, cycle counts, and spot checks
  • Handle additional inventories (certificates, stones, etc.)
  • Ensure strict stock handling in line with policies & procedures
  • Manage current and pending orders of valuables and non-valuables
  • Contribute to a positive boutique environment
  • Participate in daily boutique operations, including opening and closing
  • Support special projects (transformations and pop-ups)
  • Develop a deep understanding of Maison products, heritage, and values
