Steward/Stewardess - Social Club, Windemere. Closes 22 Oct Full-Time Live-In Position

Windermere Social Club is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Steward/Stewardess to manage the day-to-day running of our friendly and well-established members' club.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual or couple looking to become part of the local community.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the daily operation of the club.
• Providing excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Stock control and cellar management.
• Supervising staff where required.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations.
• Organising and supporting club events and entertainment.
• Minimum 3 years' previous experience in a licensed hospitality or club environment.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
• A Personal Licence is preferred, although applicants willing to obtain one will also be considered.
