Introduction- Supporting the Stewarding Supervisor / Stewarding Staff
- Ensuring professional and courteous service at all times
- Ensuring a clean and organized workplace
- Understanding all services and products offered by the hotel
- Monitoring operating supplies, equipment, and successfully reducing spoilage and waste
- Immediately reporting equipment failures or malfunctions to the department manager
- Wearing a clean and proper uniform, including safety shoes and name tag, and maintaining a high standard of personal appearance at all times
- Supporting good and collegial cooperation within your own department and with other departments of the hotel
- Sharing responsibility for smooth organization and workflows throughout the stewarding department
- Supporting supervisors in preparing goods requisitions
- Cleaning and washing pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment in accordance with hotel standards
- Ensuring compliance with all waste separation regulations
- Knowledge and understanding of all cleaning procedures for dishwashers and the types of chemicals used.

NATIONALITY:
- Eligible for a working permit in country of hire
EXPERIENCE:
- One (1) years in a similar position within a luxury brand or an international company
LANGUAGE: Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment:
- Local language - excellent oral and written skills
- English - excellent oral and written skills
- Additional language - beneficial
