Steel Fabrication Works Manager Lead Production Improvement

Based onsite at Bourne Group Ltd's Poole production facility, the Works Manager will oversee production workflows, manage materials and subcontract fabrication activities, and lead yard and production teams.

You will drive continuous improvement, support production planning and performance reporting, and champion StruMIS to maximise productivity while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to a high standard.
