Station Team Leader - Part-Time, Safety & Service

Avanti West Coast is seeking a Part-time Team Leader at Penrith Station to lead a small team, ensuring safety and efficient station operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work with the Station Manager to set high standards, coordinate staff, and ensure smooth daily operations and during disruptions. Shift work, including some weekends, is expected. Training will be provided to support your leadership role.
