Station Grade A Relief: Calm Dispatch & Customer Service

ScotRail is seeking an internally relieved role at Haymarket to deliver high-quality customer service to travellers and support on-time train operations. You will assist with train dispatch, provide information to customers, and contribute to a welcoming station environment.

The role requires excellent communication, calmness under pressure, and a strong commitment to safety, with full training provided. A Scottish Vocational Qualification in customer service is advantageous.
