Location: Crystal Palace

Type: Temp to perm

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours

We are urgently seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician to provide a highly professional, customer-focused service for our client based in South West London.

1. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Focus on emergency lighting tests, tap temperatures, distribution board inspections, occasional work with FCU maintenance and air handling units, subcontractor management, and material/delivery movement.
2. Reactive jobs related to the above tasks, including physical fault finding as required.

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Levels 1, 2, 3)
• Fault finding skills in mains power distribution circuits, control boards, lighting circuits, etc.
• Experience in leisure/public venue environments (desirable)
• Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations
• Knowledge of the Permit to Work system and experience issuing PTWs (beneficial)
