Staff Program Manager - Services BPA & Automation Lead

Humanoid is seeking a Staff Program Manager to own the Services BPA function, aligning the Service Lifecycle Management platform with BI and enterprise integration. You will drive the BPA program end-to-end, partnering with Services leadership, product, and IT to deliver on digitalization priorities.

With 8-12+ years in digital/IT program management, you will lead large CRM/SLM deployments, champion governance, and ensure data quality and KPI tracking across the organisation.
