About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) to join our skilled care facility in Birmingham. This role is ideal for nurses passionate about providing excellent, person-centred care in a supportive environment.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining clinical standards, supervising care staff, and ensuring residents receive safe and respectful care.

Requirements:

• Active NMC registration (RNL, RMN, or RGN)
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience in a UK care facility
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality nursing care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts

Sponsorship Details:

Sponsorship for Tier 2 (Health and Care Worker) Visas is available.

Applicants must have at least three years of UK care home nursing experience. Applications not meeting this criterion will not be considered.
