Staff Nurse - Stamp 1G/Stamp 4/EU

CPL Healthcare is currently partnering with a leading nursing home group to recruit Staff Nurses for an exciting opportunities nationwide. We are seeking compassionate, motivated nurses who are looking to develop their careers within supportive and well-structured clinical environments.

This role is suitable for recently qualified nurses with some clinical experience as well as more experienced professionals seeking their next career move.

Position Type: Full-time, permanent roles available

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with best practice and clinical standards


• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes


• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation


• Support patient care planning and ongoing clinical assessments


• Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies and procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) or relevant nursing qualification


• Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)


• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills


• A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care


• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
