Up to £36,250 pro rata, dependent on experience

Role overview

As a Pre-Assessment Staff Nurse, you will:

• Be part of a close knit team delivering matron led care in a consultant led service
• Act as the first point of contact, working with professionals to make the right assessments for patients prior to surgery
• Demonstrate a broad knowledge base and assessment skills to ensure high quality patient care
• Fully understand and support the needs of each patient and their family
• Offer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of care
• Build experience across new practices, equipment and facilities
• Collaborate with practitioners in other areas, recognizing that continuity of patient care is key
