Job responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care in the Outpatient Maternity department.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Document care accurately and maintain patient records in line with NHS standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and audit processes.
