PositionStaff Nurse District Nursing within the Three Towns District Nursing area based at Saltcoats Health Centre.
Hours and Shift Pattern37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a weekend commitment. This post is offered on a permanent basis.
What you will doWorking as a Staff Nurse District Nursing within the Three Towns District Nursing area within North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership, you will have experience as a qualified registered nurse and be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of nursing programmes of care for a variety of client groups within the community.
You will be responsible for the management of the caseload in the absence of the district nursing Charge Nurse, including the supervision and redeployment of staff.

Knowledge, training, qualifications and/or experienceProfessional qualification in nursing - essential.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative as a lone worker in various community settings.
You should be able to provide evidence of personal development and a willingness to undertake appropriate training.

Full UK Driving Licence/Car OwnershipFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential to this role.
