MPA Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Staff Nurses to work within care homes across the Antrim area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and dependable registered nurse who is committed to delivering safe, respectful and person centred care.

Twilight and night duty shifts are available, offering flexible working patterns to suit your availability. Immediate starts are available for fully compliant candidates.

What Is on Offer?

• Pay rates from £22.50 to £32.00 per hour, depending on the shift worked
• £1,000 sign up bonus, subject to eligibility and applicable terms

What You Will Be Doing

• Assessing residents' care needs and delivering appropriate nursing care
• Creating a caring and supportive environment for residents
• Promoting residents' dignity, choice and independence
• Administering medication safely and accurately
• Monitoring residents' health and responding appropriately to any changes
• Maintaining accurate and up to date care records
• Working closely with care assistants and the wider healthcare team
• Supporting and supervising care staff when required
• Maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Following all relevant policies, procedures and professional standards

What We Are Looking For

• Qualified Registered General Nurse or State Enrolled Nurse
• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
• A compassionate and person centred approach to care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work confidently and responsibly during twilight or night duty
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and confidentiality

Experience working within a care home or hospital setting and supervising care staff would be advantageous.
