Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated registered adult nurse to join our Respiratory team based at Hereford County Hospital on Arrow ward comprising of a 24 bedded area.

We are seeking a motivated Band 5 Staff Nurses to join and work closely with our exciting multidisciplinary team to provide seamless care.

You will have the support of our experienced band 6&7 nursing team, therapists, doctors and colleagues.

Main duties of the job
  • To facilitate multi-disciplinary patient centred care
  • To support and supervise new members of staff and students
  • On occasions accept responsibility for the management /Leadership of the ward department in the absence of senior nurse
  • To facilitate a safe working environment by ensuring Risk assessment updated and robust documentation is completed.
