Scale is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer (Forward Deployed) to collaborate directly with public sector partners, rapidly building full stack AI applications and training data pipelines. You will shape technical roadmaps, drive production grade ecosystems, and ensure secure, scalable deployments across global environments.

You will guide the development of core platforms, mentor engineers, and translate client lessons into reusable architectural patterns that power Scale's engineering teams
