In your new job you will:

• Drive the development of GaN power technologies in collaboration with application, product, TCAD simulation and reliability teams
• Work together with unit process development experts to define process requirements and optimize process modules
• Perform hands on electrical characterization and provide feedback to improve process modules and/or design
• Define and drive yield improvement measures based on (optical & electrical) screening data analysis
• Plan (using design of experiment techniques), coordinate and evaluate experiments
• Execute advanced data analysis and representation
• Analyze (optical & electrical) screening data define and drive measures for yield improvement
• Define and design test structures for process control, assess the data and correlate to process and device characteristics

You describe yourself as an ambitious team player with outstanding technical expertise in semiconductor development and manufacturing. You use systematic approaches for straightforward problem solving. You like to use design-of-experiment methodology for fast and efficient learning cycles. You are strong in communication and in establishing networks in and around your working environment.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A university degree (master's or above) in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics or other relevant studies
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor technologies, electrical characterization or technology development
• Understanding of semiconductors physics, Preferably in HEMT structures and III-V
• Experience with power device characterization and data analysis, programming skills in Python or R are a plus
• Worked in multicultural, high-tech environment project teams before
• Excellent English language skills as a must, fluency in German or the willingness to learn as a plus

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
