Stadium Restaurant Manager - Elevate Guest Experience

The Celtic Football Club is seeking an experienced restaurant operations lead to manage day-to-day activities across the Club's catering outlets. You will plan, coordinate and deliver high standards of service on match days and non-match days, driving customer satisfaction and revenue through strong leadership.

You will train and supervise the Restaurant team, ensure payroll accuracy, rota planning, training compliance, and adherence to licensing and health & safety requirements.
