Stadium Operations Director (Safety & Events)

A professional sports organization is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to manage the overall operations at MKM Stadium in Hull. The role requires someone with a strong background in compliance, staff management, and the operational excellence of venue management. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing events while ensuring the highest Health & Safety standards. This full-time, permanent position will also involve weekend and evening work as required.
