As our SSR & Marketing Lead for Pay By Invoice, you'll be entrusted with owning and driving the end-to-end GTM strategy for our flagship product. You'll lead a high-impact Product Marketing team while influencing key stakeholders across WW Product, Credit, and Marketing organizations. Your analytical prowess will be essential in driving customer adoption and business growth, as you build and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key job responsibilities
- Define the Go-to-Market strategy for JP small and medium business and roadmap, and deliver initiatives to drive customer adoption of our flagship product Pay by Invoice.
- Work with partner teams such as WW Product, Credit and Marketing to influence their roadmap and priorities to deliver against the GTM strategy
- Be the advocate for our customers and lead team to set up VoC and research mechanism/program to enable us to identify opportunities to improve customer experience, drive engagement and increase GTM effectiveness.
- Ownership of key adoption metrics, inclusive of reporting, driving progress against goals and representing the business in regular business reviews and senior leadership forums
- Manage Product Marketing Mangers as a Marketing team lead to deliver results through team members. Build high performing team through professional development for each team member.
- Own payment product P&L for small and medium business and manage annual marketing budget for JP B2B payment business to maximize ROI.

- 6+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience managing team through hiring and professional development.
- Japanese: Advanced (able to negotiate externally, able to make presentations to management team)
- English: Advanced (able to negotiate externally, able to make presentations to management team)
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- MBA
