The Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a SRO Design & Build Manager to join Robert Walters as a Consultant.
As a Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an assignment within our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional support.

What You'll Do
* Convert UX designs into production-ready code, optimize experimentation tools, execute tests, and support ongoing design-driven experimentation.
* Support UX design and development by translating Figma designs into accessible, responsive, and interactive website components that are user-centric and aligned with brand standards, ensuring WCAG Level A/AA compliance.
* Build and integrate website components, especially within Optimizely, applying Front End best practices to ensure accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
* Design, build, and manage end-to-end experiments, from ideation to deployment, ensuring effective execution and accessibility compliance.
* Manage the full test life cycle in Optimizely, including setup, configuration, and launch of experiments.
* Analyse the customer journey across multiple channels, using qualitative and quantitative insights to identify pain points and drive accessible, data-informed website improvements.
* Translate insights into actionable initiatives, prioritize opportunities, and develop a strategic roadmap for continuous, accessibility-focused website optimization.
* Leverage design system expertise to ensure consistent, scalable, and accessible website components and experiments, aligning with financial industry compliance, security, and brand standards.

What You Bring
* Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and analysing website experiments.
* Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
* Solid UX/UI and Front End development expertise
* Hands-on experience with Figma
* Strong coding skills combined with UX thinking and working knowledge of scalable design systems.
* Experience within financial services preferred.
