As an associate-centric company, this role is crucial in setting industry-leading safety standards and driving continuous improvement across business units. The Program Workplace Health & Safety leader is responsible for driving standardization and continuous improvement efforts across all business units in India. This role will work backward from the customer to define and implement innovative solutions that raise the bar on safety and well-being.
Responsibilities- Lead programs designed to standardize safety processes across business units.
- Strengthen Workplace Health & Safety communication and enhance Workplace Health & Safety processes and technologies to scale and reduce risk.
- Influence business-critical decisions that enable scalability and deliver industry-leading performance.
- Benchmark processes with World Wide- Workplace Health & Safety to continuously raise customer experience standards.
- Drive program improvements and initiatives in close collaboration with Workplace Health & Safety business leaders and field and program teams.
- Pilot new safety methods and processes across India operations.
- Solve large-scale, business-critical problems through strategic projects and programs.
- Conduct problem-solving and ideation workshops to define solutions that elevate safety standards.
- Ensure execution of projects to meet safety targets and timelines.
- Reinforce standard work and Lean processes to drive operational excellence.
- Sponsor continuous improvement/Kaizen projects and lead change management/audit initiatives.
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and standardization across multiple business units
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Self-starter with experience managing large-scale projects in ambiguous environments
- Knowledge of lean techniques and Six Sigma tools
- Experience in multi-country program execution
- Experience in handing large teams and stakeholders
