This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI, building and deploying large-scale solutions based on Generative AI and Large Language Models.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead multiple teams of software engineers, language engineers, and researchers, ensuring innovation, technical excellence, and timely delivery.
You will be a key person in executing the vision and roadmap for Amazon's conversational AI, crafting products that delight Amazon's customers.
Responsibilities- Lead AI Engineering in model integration, optimization, large-scale cloud services and SW life-cycle management.
- Drive alignment and execution of key business goals in speech and audio synthesis.
- Define technology stack, guide and review key architectural decisions.
- Hire exceptional individuals and mentor team members in reaching their career goals.

Basic Qualifications- 10+ years of SW engineering experience
- 5+ years of SW engineering team management experience
- Successful track record of delivering complex, large-scale cloud SW services (AWS/GCS/Azure)
- Excellent prioritization and collaboration skills
- Masters's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience in working with transformer architectures
- Excellent problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment
