Sr Recruitment Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced head hunter to join our recruiting team.

We appreciate if you have a specific expertise in a vertical field /market/industry we are able to enhance profiles at different levels of expertise.

THE ROLE:

Experience in the recruitment industry is essential

Building strong relationships with candidates and clients

Networking and profile building generally with clients, candidates and colleagues

Candidate generation, including regularly checking availability and requirements

Qualifying and working each vacancy positively and enthusiastically

Proactive business development is a key part of the role: the successful candidate will be expected to generate new business opportunities, identify and approach prospects, and actively contribute to client acquisition and growth

Hybrid workplace, smart working is available

THE CANDIDATE:

Minimum 2 years on qualified search&selection experience

Proven track record of billings & stability

Strong business acumen

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Effectiveness in sourcing candidates

Ambitious, hardworking & self-motivated individuals

Ability to manage, nurture and build long term relationships

Salary package: Based on the seniority with high commisions and top benefits
