Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Oversee projects through all phases of delivery under tight deadlines, including defining and tracking timelines, resource planning, managing risks, preparing documentation, and ensuring effective coordination across teams of resources.
  • Consistently monitor and report on overall project health both directly to customers and internal leadership.
  • Drive project teams toward meeting or exceeding deadlines and quality benchmarks by proactively addressing challenges and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with Lead Business Analysts, Lead Engineers, and QA Testers to assess project requirements and ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients about project commitments and deliverables, setting realistic expectations and escalating risks when necessary to uphold client trust.
  • Resolve project blockers promptly and provide status updates to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure retention by delivering transparency into progress and outcomes.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, including metrics for health and progress, to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Execute and oversee changes to project plans, strategies, or deliverables to drive successful project outcomes while maintaining flexibility in timelines and priorities.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients on project tracking, delivery status, and billing inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate completed projects to extract lessons learned, contributing to continuous improvement and expanding the organization's knowledge base.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Project Management and/or Consulting experience.
  • Working knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the Alternative Investment and Lending industry.
  • Understanding of relational databases and software development lifecycle.
  • Experience working with multi-functional and multi-location teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including collaborating and team building.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to track multiple projects running in parallel.
  • Track record of delivering successful projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.
  • English (reading, writing, verbal). Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.
  • Computer Skills: Experience with MS-Office 365, SharePoint and Professional Services Automation software.
