Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee projects through all phases of delivery under tight deadlines, including defining and tracking timelines, resource planning, managing risks, preparing documentation, and ensuring effective coordination across teams of resources.
Consistently monitor and report on overall project health both directly to customers and internal leadership.
Drive project teams toward meeting or exceeding deadlines and quality benchmarks by proactively addressing challenges and implementing solutions.
Collaborate with Lead Business Analysts, Lead Engineers, and QA Testers to assess project requirements and ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients about project commitments and deliverables, setting realistic expectations and escalating risks when necessary to uphold client trust.
Resolve project blockers promptly and provide status updates to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure retention by delivering transparency into progress and outcomes.
Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, including metrics for health and progress, to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
Execute and oversee changes to project plans, strategies, or deliverables to drive successful project outcomes while maintaining flexibility in timelines and priorities.
Act as the primary liaison for clients on project tracking, delivery status, and billing inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for external stakeholders.
Evaluate completed projects to extract lessons learned, contributing to continuous improvement and expanding the organization's knowledge base.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

5+ years of Project Management and/or Consulting experience.
Working knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies.
Familiarity with the Alternative Investment and Lending industry.
Understanding of relational databases and software development lifecycle.
Experience working with multi-functional and multi-location teams.
Strong interpersonal skills including collaborating and team building.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to track multiple projects running in parallel.
Track record of delivering successful projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to establish and maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.
English (reading, writing, verbal). Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.
Computer Skills: Experience with MS-Office 365, SharePoint and Professional Services Automation software.
