Sr. Program Manager, Quick Commerce, GSF Supply Chain

We are hiring a Senior Program Manager to build and own the Supply Chain design and execution for Quick Commerce. The role involves building Supply Chain processes across Inbound, Transportation, and Outbound, and driving operational excellence. The incumbent will lead high-impact customer experience and cost optimization projects, including designing complex processes, implementing technology solutions, and scaling initiatives.

The responsibilities include:

1. Designing Supply Chain processes, planning workstreams, and driving automation
2. Collaborating with finance, business, transportation, and other Amazon teams to build processes and execute plans
3. Conducting benchmarking exercises to inform Supply Chain decisions
4. Creating and managing execution plans to deliver results
5. Developing roadmaps and metrics to track progress, and reporting to leadership
6. Facilitating cross-functional negotiations and decision-making while maintaining high execution speed

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience managing program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of process improvement experience
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, education, organizational development, instructional design, or related fields
