In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the success of innovative dental products by bridging the gap between Product, Sales, and Marketing. You will lead product messaging and positioning while ensuring effective go-to-market strategies. Your insights into market research and competitor analysis will drive customer adaptability, fostering an outstanding experience. Accountabilities
  • Conduct competitor and market research to understand customer needs and feedback.
  • Define unique value propositions and create compelling narratives for product positioning.
  • Develop and execute launch plans for new products to drive commercial success.
  • Create sales collateral and training materials to enable effective sales efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams.
  • Guide customers through their lifecycle, focusing on retention and loyalty.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
  • Take actions related to hazards and work related issues, escalating as needed.
  • Perform other job related tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understanding of product and technical aspects.
  • Experience in market research and analysis.
  • Required dental product experience.
  • Successfully led several product launches.
  • Preferred experience in orthodontic products.
