Sr. Product Manager - Home Appliances M/F/X

Salary: 70.000 - 70.000 € per year

• 8+ years of experience in the white goods industry, specifically with refrigerators and washing machines.
• Strong knowledge of EU Energy Labels (A-G).
• Experience managing products across different European markets and cultures.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Degree in Engineering or Business, or a combination of both.
• Ideally certified in NPDP or hold a recognized Product Management certificate.
• Full understanding of EU regulations, including handling EPREL registrations and CE rules.
• Familiarity with the upcoming 2026 Ecodesign updates.

• Own the roadmap for Refrigeration and Laundry products.
• Ensure products exceed EU Energy Label standards.
• Collaborate with engineers at HQ and sales teams across Europe to translate technical features into marketable benefits.
• Lead the pricing and positioning strategies when launching new models.
• Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility in major European retailers.
