Sr. IT Contract manager

Our client operates in a financial sector and aims to be an inclusive employer that reflects society, valuing diversity in experience, background, and expertise. Currently they are looking for Senior IT Contract Manager to join their team.

As a Senior Contract Manager, you are going to be responsible for managing and supervising the entire life cycle of IT contracts, with a focus on strategic agreements. You ensure that contracts meet the needs of the organization and monitor the agreements made, financial obligations and risks. In addition, you play a central role in tenders and the implementation of new contracts, in which you work closely with various internal and external stakeholders. You ensure timely extension or termination of existing contracts and ensure efficient and effective contract administration. You are responsible for drawing up reports for the contract owner and management, checking invoices and keeping the contract and obligation administration up to date. In your role, you conduct tactical consultations with IT suppliers and regularly coordinate with the contract owner, service manager and business controller on the performance and financial aspects of contracts. In addition, you participate in project consultations, such as European tenders, and work together with Purchasing to establish and correctly record new agreements.

Requirements:

• Completed HBO education

• At least 5 years of experience as a contract manager, including in the field of IT contracts

• Knowledge of contract law and experience with legal issues and risk management

• Experience with contract management software and relevant tools

• Extensive experience with the application of CATS CM

• General knowledge of purchasing and tendering

• Experience with data-driven work and knowledge of AFAS and Business

• Experience with intelligence tools such as Power BI is desired

• Fluent Dutch language is a must
