Job summary
Transparency is seeking a talented and experienced account manager to lead operations and engage with CN Top brands. The role involves contributing to various projects, including marketing and operational tasks, with versatility in responsibilities.

Key job responsibilities
The main responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and engaging CN Top Brands that meet Transparency enrollment criteria;
  • Managing the full cycle from Brand enrollment to onboarding and ongoing account management, focusing on goals like protected units and transparency penetration;
  • Gathering feedback from brands and escalating issues to relevant teams;
  • Assisting brands in resolving blockers related to brand protection through deep client engagement and understanding.

A day in the life
1. Engage with CN top brands via phone calls, WeCom, and brand visits.
2. Use tools and data analysis to understand brands' profiles and identify opportunities.
3. Develop insights and use cases through cross-team collaboration.

About the team
Transparency is a strategic SaaS launched by Amazon to help the global consumer goods industry trace product origins, ensuring authenticity and preventing counterfeits both online and offline. Our clients include individual brands selling on Amazon and through third-party channels.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years in sales, marketing, e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or related fields;
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience;
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods for SMBs;
  • Experience influencing at all organizational levels, especially executives;
  • Proven success exceeding sales targets with a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
