We are now recruiting for a SQL Database Administrator to join our IT department.
You will manage, develop and maintain the company's databases and assist with IT technical support.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm and the salary is up to £52k per annum dependant on experience.

- Overall RDBMS design, development, and support of production and test database system environments.
- Performance tuning of database systems and query optimisation as required using appropriate tools, such as Performance Monitor and SQL Profiler.
- Perform backup and recovery of data and database systems when required.
- Building, deploying, maintaining, granting and scheduling existing and new reports as required using SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS)
- Building, deploying, maintaining, integrating business platforms (e.g. Kerridge, K8 & Salesforce)
- Degree qualified in IT or a related subject.
- Previous experience in a similar DBA position.
- Knowledge working with SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
