SQE / LPC Graduate

Job Title: SQE / LPC Graduate - Commercial Litigation and Arbitration Paralegal

Location: Central London

Our client, a boutique London law firm with an established client base, are looking to recruit an LPC / SQE graduate to join their litigation and international arbitration team to assist with high-value, complex commercial litigation. The work will be a mixture of dispute resolution including banking and financial services, contract disputes, funds, M&A disputes, fraud, shipping, and general commercial litigation.

This is an entry level role and the firm are happy to see LPC / SQE graduates with no experience, but it is essential that you have very strong academics. The successful paralegal will be dealing with a variety of tasks including:

• document management
• extensive legal research
• drafting legal documents including briefs, appeals, agreements etc.
• preparing bundles / documents for meetings and court
• proof reading contracts
• other general paralegal assistance as required
