Spray Painter Manufacturing

We have a requirement for a Spray Painter with a successful engineering company in Portadown.

Your new company
A successful, medium sized engineering company who design and manufacture top quality machinery in their modern factory in Portadown area. The company is known in the local area as a company of choice. The current Sprayer is with the company 28 years!

Your new role
You will be required to prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking. Mix and apply primers, topcoats, and protective finishes using spray equipment. Inspect finished work for quality and consistency. Maintain spray equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment. Work from technical drawings and job specifications. Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet project deadlines.

Mon - Thurs 8am to 4.30pm and Fri until 1pm

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a spray painter in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Experience with airless and conventional spray systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Knowledge of health and safety practices in an industrial setting.

Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when required.
