Spray Operator - Doors (Training, Bonus & Growth)

Universal Composite Doors is seeking a Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. You will prepare and spray a wide range of internal and external composite doors, ensuring high quality finishes. We offer full training and progression as you develop your skills.

Hourly pay starts at £14.50 during training and progresses to £15.50 as you become fully competent. You will work Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm, with a 45 hour week and a monthly performance bonus.
