Sports repair technician

Your role in our team

As a technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Repairing a wide range of sports products, including bikes, tents, fitness equipment, and watersport gear
• Providing technical advice to our stores
• Sharing your expertise with colleagues
• Communicating with stores about repair status and solutions
• Managing repair orders and spare parts inventory

Your growth path

We offer a clear progression route:

• Junior workshop technician: €2,338.27 - €2,400
• Medior workshop technician: €2,400 - €2,600
• Senior workshop technician: €2,600 - €2,800

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate for this role:

• Has a passion for sports
• Is curious about product repair techniques
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Possesses strong teamwork and communication skills
• Has a hands-on, problem-solving mentality
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Is fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)

Requirements

• EU nationality
• Living within a 30 km radius of Tilburg
• Available for 32-38 hours per week
• Valid work permit
