Are you a sports coach or sport science graduate with a passion for helping others? Educato Limited is seeking energetic, empathetic individuals to join our partner schools as SEN Teaching Assistants - no prior classroom experience required. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced coach ready for a new challenge, this is an incredible opportunity to transfer your skills into a rewarding education role, supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) or from disadvantaged backgrounds.

- Active, movement based learning: Many children with SEN respond brilliantly to kinaesthetic and physical approaches.
- Resilience & relationship building: You already know how to guide, encourage, and inspire, even on the toughest days.
- Supporting children with a range of needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language, and sensory processing challenges.
- Assisting students 1:1 or in small groups to access learning.
- Using movement, games, and structured routines to help children regulate emotions and stay focused.
- Working collaboratively with Teachers, SENCOs, and Therapists as part of a supportive team.
- Encouraging confidence, social interaction, and emotional development.
- A sport science graduate or experienced sports coach passionate about working with children.
- Energetic, patient, and committed to making a difference.
- Open to supporting children with additional needs or behavioural challenges.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning
- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to provide a minimum of 2 professional references covering the last 2 years.

- Consistent weekday hours (8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday)
