Sports Coach

Kimbolton School is seeking a well qualified, adaptable, enthusiastic and supportive Games Coach to design and deliver games lessons across both the Senior (Years 7-13) and Preparatory Schools (Years 1-6). The coach will have a specialism in one of our major sports (hockey, football, netball, cricket, tennis) and/or significant experience in strength and conditioning.
Responsibilities- Design and deliver games lessons for teams across senior and preparatory schools
- Manage and coach teams for all home and away matches
- Lead and assist in purposeful and safe training sessions for teams and individuals
- Tailor coaching techniques to different teams and abilities, ensuring all players are challenged and provided with continuous opportunities for improvement
Essential: Working towards a current NGB Coaching qualification at level 2 or above. Experience coaching in a wide range of environments. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
