Sports Centre Manager

Ashville Sports Centre, Harrogate, is looking to appoint a Sports Centre Manager to join the busy Sports Centre Team.

This role is for someone who can run and grow a dual-use sports centre: managing day-to-day operations, leading a team, and driving commercial income while ensuring excellent customer service for students, members and external partners.

The successful candidates will focus on maximising facility use and growing membership and booking numbers.

Hours of work for this role are 35 per week plus a one-hour unpaid break each day. Working across a Sunday to Thursday schedule as follows, with some flexibility available on working hours.

Sunday: 6.45am to 2.45pm

Monday: 5.45am to 1.45pm

Tuesday: 8.00am to 4.00pm

Wednesday:2.00pm to 10:00pm

Thursday: 8.00am to 4.00pm

The salary for this role is £32,000 per annum
