Sports Centre Duty Manager: Lead Lifeguard & Team

Coast and Vale Learning Trust in Abingdon is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the Sports Centre. Responsibilities include supervising a team of leisure assistants and lifeguards. Candidates should be enthusiastic and possess strong communication and organisational skills. A current NPLQ is preferred or willingness to obtain it. The role is 40 hours per week on a rota basis, which includes evenings and weekends.
