We are proud to support Nike EHQ in enhancing the quality of life for its staff. This amazing opportunity is open to an established leader from December 2025. Working closely with the Key Account Director and other internal stakeholders across High Five and Westfield Health, this role is responsible for ensuring optimal coordination of people and resources, high-quality service delivery across health and wellbeing departments, and creating a consistent and exceptional member experience. The Operations Manager supports both strategic direction and daily execution, and provides leadership to the staff on location.
About the role
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational management of all services within Nike EHQ.
- Coordinate and optimise planning and scheduling of staff, classes, services and activities.
- Lead the implementation and evaluation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure service consistency, safety, and compliance.
- Support team leads in coaching and supervision of staff; ensure appropriate delegation and follow-up.
- Oversee procurement, stock and vendor management related to equipment, materials and uniforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Nike stakeholders, departments and partners.
- Facilitate the preparation and implementation of seasonal and long-term activity programming.
- Monitor service KPIs, member satisfaction and usage data, and translate these into improvement actions.
- Contribute to the operational strategy and development of business cases, reports and budgets.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and development of new staff and instructors.
- Promote cross-departmental collaboration and coordinate support for events.
- Provide strong on-the-floor leadership presence and uphold the values of High Five and Westfield Health.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Sport Management, Health Promotion, Hospitality or equivalent.
- Established leadership in a role within a sports, health, or corporate wellness environment.
- Proven experience in operational coordination, team management, and service excellence.
- Experience working in multi-service environments (fitness, wellness, events, etc.).
- Able to manage both administrative and people management responsibilities.
- Data-driven and performance-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
- Skilled communicator, able to interface with clients, stakeholders and teams in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) as well as Dutch.
- Experienced in using planning, HR and operational systems.
- Ability to work shifts between 6AM - 8PM on site in Hilversum.
