Sponsorship Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a freelance dynamic and motivated Sponsorship Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in securing financial support and partnerships to ensure the success of the festival. As a Sponsorship Coordinator, you will identify potential sponsors, pitch sponsorship packages, and build lasting relationships with businesses and organizations.

Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential sponsors that align with the festival's mission and audience.
Develop and present tailored sponsorship packages to potential sponsors.
Negotiate sponsorship agreements and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
Maintain relationships with existing sponsors and ensure they receive maximum value for their partnership.
Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to integrate sponsor branding and activations into festival programming.
Provide regular reports on sponsorship activities and progress to the festival director.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, sponsorship, or partnership development, preferably in the events or entertainment industry.
