We are seeking a committed Speech Pathologist looking to join an exceptional private practice team in the western suburbs of Perth.
Become part of a diverse clientele across all age groups, assisting them in overcoming their communication and swallowing challenges.
This role emphasizes collaboration; you will work closely with families and other healthcare professionals to create engaging and effective therapy experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments to identify each client's distinct speech and language requirements
- Developing tailored treatment plans that genuinely align with your clients' objectives
- Delivering engaging therapy sessions that have a meaningful impact
- Collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining thorough records to monitor progress
- Sharing your expertise and providing assistance to clients and their families
- A relevant degree in Speech Pathology
- Registration with the Speech Pathology Association
- Experience in assessing and treating communication disorders
- Awesome communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player yet comfortable working independently
- Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
- A genuine desire to help others
- Flexibility to work full time or part time
