Person Specification Training and Clinical Experience

• A minimum of 3 years experience in psychiatry or paediatrics (or equivalent period of part time experience).
• Experience or special interest in Child and Adolescent/ Psychiatry and/or neurodevelopmental disorders. Experience of working with multi disciplinary team.

Knowledge

• Understanding of the principles and models involved in management and treatment of Psychiatric disorders
• Knowledge and experience of research methodologies.
