Job Description

Specialty Doctor - Stroke - Eastbourne General Hospital

Applications are invited to apply for the post of Specialty Doctor in Stroke Medicine. The post is a full time, fixed term contract for up to 12 months.

This is a valuable opportunity to experience working within our hyper-acute rehabilitation stroke services.

Main duties of the job

Eastbourne DGH is a high performing HASU and is the centre of stroke provision for the Trust and East Sussex. We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed colleague to deliver hyper-acute care and thrombolysis at Eastbourne District Hospital.

Person Specification Qualifications
  • MB BS or equivalent
  • Full Registration with GMC with a licence to practice
  • MRCP or equivalent
Training/Experience
  • Experience in all aspects of General (Internal) Medicine
  • Experience in other relevant medical specialities
